x baazi Terms and Conditions

General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the company operating the x baazi platform ("x baazi", "we", "us") and any registered or unregistered user ("you", "member").

By visiting the x baazi website, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

x baazi reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published will be treated as acceptance of those new Terms.

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the x baazi platform, you must be at least 21 years old. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering. x baazi may at any time request a valid identity document to verify age.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts from the same person, household, IP address or device may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Opening an account with false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

x baazi may verify identity at any stage using a national ID card, passport or other valid documents. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.5 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password strictly confidential. Any loss arising from sharing your login details with a third party is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify x baazi support immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The x baazi platform currently supports the following methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other major scheduled banks). Cryptocurrency and any other methods are not currently supported.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit for each method is ৳100 (one hundred taka) and the minimum withdrawal is ৳800 (eight hundred taka).

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, identity verification or additional security reviews may take longer.

3.4 Source of Funds

Deposited funds must come from a lawful source and must be sent through a payment method registered in the member's own name. Any deposit made from a third-party account will be declined and returned to the source account.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus option must be activated at the time of deposit.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 10 (ten) times. For example: if a ৳1,000 deposit gives you a ৳1,500 bonus, your total balance will be ৳2,500 and you must wager ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 before withdrawing.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to obtain bonuses using multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies or other fraudulent means will result in cancellation of the bonus and closure of the associated account.

4.4 VIP Program

x baazi's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Members move up through tiers based on regular activity and receive weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated on weekly net losses — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold and 0.8% at Platinum. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions.

Betting and Game Management

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All slots, live casino, fishing games and sports betting services on the x baazi platform are operated through approved software providers. Game outcomes are determined impartially using a Random Number Generator (RNG).

5.2 Bets Are Final

Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet outcome is unclear due to a technical error, x baazi will investigate and issue a final decision, which is binding.

5.3 Technical Failures

x baazi is not liable for losses caused by loss of internet connection, device failure or other technical issues. In such situations, the data recorded on the provider's server will be treated as the final record.

5.4 Special Rules for Sports Betting

Bets on cricket, football and other sports follow the rules of the specific market. If a match is cancelled, postponed or completed outside the scheduled time, x baazi will decide at its own discretion whether to void or refund bets on the relevant market.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Opening an account using a fraudulent or false identity.
• Operating multiple accounts or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Abusing bonuses or using coordinated betting methods to circumvent bonus conditions.
• Using hacking, bots or automation on the platform's software.
• Money laundering or transacting using illegal funds.
• Behaving abusively toward platform staff.
• Taking any action intended to harm other members.

The x baazi team monitors all suspicious activity and reserves the right to take legal action where necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request account closure at any time through support. If there are any active bonuses or bets at the time of the request, these may be cancelled, and net funds will be returned after deducting any bonus balance.

7.2 Suspension by x baazi

x baazi may immediately suspend any account for breach of Terms, suspicious activity or a security review. In such cases, the member will be notified by email and may be asked to provide information.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. To reactivate the account, the member must contact support.

Privacy and Data Protection

To learn how your personal data is collected, stored and used, please read our Privacy Policy. x baazi uses SSL encryption and other security measures to keep your data safe.

You may update the information you provided at registration at any time. However, to change your name or core national ID details after identity verification has been completed, you must contact support.

x baazi will never ask for your login details by phone or informal message. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support.

Limitation of Liability

x baazi takes reasonable precautions but accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Technical errors in third-party game software.
• Losses caused by disruption to internet services.
• Login details being exposed due to the member's own negligence.
• Force majeure — such as natural disasters, government restrictions or cyberattacks.

In any circumstance, x baazi's maximum liability is limited to the amount deposited in the relevant transaction.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

11.3 Final Decision

On matters relating to game results, bonus eligibility and interpretation of these Terms, the decision of x baazi management is final and binding.

Changes and Amendments

x baazi reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or through a notice on the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be treated as acceptance of the new Terms. The latest effective Terms will always be published on this page.
